Known as the Red River Showdown and ranked number 4 on Bleacher Report’s list of top rivalries, this years meeting takes on special significance as Texas is ranked #12 and Oklahoma ranked # 5 at press time. Oklahoma is in the hunt for the College Football Championship and Texas, though not out of consideration by any means, would love to knock Oklahoma out of contention.
