Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

A holiday spectacular and must see event. Sure, you’ve watched it on TV, but you have to see it at least once in person. Viewing along the parade route is free and available on a first-come basis – try to arrive by 6AM! Officially, there are no tickets sold and the bleachers and seats you see on the broadcast are for Macy’s employees and designated VIP’s. There are, however, some independent businesses that either own, lease or otherwise procured some prime viewing spots and who sell tickets to a viewing party that usually includes brunch.
